PostaCertificat@ is a free certified email service that lets you communicate electronically and securely with Italy’s Public Administration—anytime, from home or any internet-enabled device.
Italian citizens (18+) including those living abroad
Foreign residents in Italy (18+) with Tax Code, and for non‑EU individuals, a valid residence permit or “modello 22A with hologram”
Send official requests, documentation, and applications digitally
Receive formal documents, notifications, and administrative communications
Access the updated directory of participating government entities
Legal validity equivalent to registered mail with return receipt (date, time, content integrity guaranteed)

Go to www.notelseit.com and follow the guided registration
Provide personal details (identity, Tax Code, contacts, email, password, secret questions)
Accept terms and submit your request
Get your Customer Code and User ID
Print summary and finalize activation at a certified post office
Change password: via Support Area on notelseit.com
Password recovery: click “Forgot password?”, enter User ID and answer security questions
Update personal info: visit “Your Data” in your user area
Custom mailbox (e.g., name.surname@peclab.it): €10 + VAT/year
Certified personal domain (e.g., @yourdomain.com): €30 + VAT/year, with add‑on mailboxes available
