We process the data you provide via contact and quote forms (name, email, phone, company, message, any attachments) and technical browsing data (IP, user agent, referrer page) for security, anti-spam and aggregate analytics purposes.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to information and quote requests (pre-contractual measures).
• Accounting and tax obligations (legal requirement).
• Direct marketing to existing customers, with consent that can be withdrawn at any time.

4. Retention

Data from unconverted leads is kept for up to 24 months, unless earlier deletion is requested. Contract data is kept for 10 years per tax regulations.

5. Data subject rights

You may exercise the rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) at any time by writing to info@notelseit.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

To deliver our services we rely on technology providers (hosting, email, analytics, anti-spam) appointed as data processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The up-to-date list is available on request.
