1. Subject

These terms govern the use of the Notelseit website and the services offered by Notelseit S.R.L.S., VAT ID 05495770652, with registered office at Via Serroni 58, 84091 Battipaglia (SA).

2. Services

Notelseit provides web development, business software, hosting and Linux servers, SEO and cybersecurity services. Commercial terms and service levels (SLAs) for each project are detailed in dedicated quotes and contracts.

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom source code is transferred to the customer upon final payment. Frameworks, internal libraries and development tools remain Notelseit's property.

4. Limitations of liability

Notelseit is liable for direct and foreseeable damages up to the annual fee for the service. Liability is excluded for disruptions attributable to third parties (network providers, registrars, cloud providers).

5. Governing law and venue

For business customers, the court of Salerno has jurisdiction. For consumers, the court of residence applies under the Italian Consumer Code.
